Welcome to MSA Digital Skills. By enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Enrollment is entirely voluntary — no student is pressured to join. Admission itself constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Attendance Policy
A minimum of 80–85% attendance is required to be eligible for course completion certification.
Students who wish to qualify for the 100% Job Placement Guarantee must maintain a minimum of 95% attendance throughout the course.
In case of medical emergency or unavoidable absence, the institute must be notified in advance.

100% Job Placement Guarantee
MSA Digital Skills offers a 100% Job Placement Guarantee — subject to the following conditions being fully met.
Student must have attended a minimum of 95% of all classes.
All homework assignments given by the trainer must be completed and submitted on time.
All practical tasks, projects, and assessments must be completed with satisfactory results.
Important: If a student does not fulfill the above conditions, the Job Placement Guarantee will not be applicable. No claims can be made in such cases.

No Refund Policy
MSA Digital Skills maintains a strict No Refund Policy. All fees paid at the time of admission are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Admission fees are completely non-refundable — whether the student completes the course or not.
Students are given full information about all policies before admission. By enrolling, they confirm they are joining willingly and with complete knowledge.
No refund will be issued in case of course withdrawal, transfer request, or any personal reason.
In the event of disciplinary cancellation (see Section 4), no fee will be refunded.

Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action
Any form of misbehavior, disrespect, or misconduct toward faculty members, trainers, staff, or fellow students is strictly prohibited.
Harassment, abusive language, threatening behavior, or any act that disrupts the learning environment will not be tolerated — in class or online.
Cheating, plagiarism, or misuse of institute resources or content is a violation of these terms.
Disciplinary Action: Any student found violating the code of conduct will have their admission cancelled immediately — without any fee refund. This decision will be final and binding.

General Rules
Students must follow all schedules, deadlines, and instructions provided by their trainer.
Course materials and content are proprietary to MSA Digital Skills and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
MSA Digital Skills reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of major changes.
Course completion certificates will only be issued once all academic and financial obligations are fulfilled.

I, the student, confirm that I have read and fully understood all the Terms & Conditions of MSA Digital Skills. I have enrolled voluntarily, with complete knowledge of all policies including the No Refund Policy, Attendance Requirements, and Code of Conduct. I agree to abide by all rules set by the institute.
